Antenna Gain Wireless-N Lynksis a wireless N router?

Well I just recently purchased the "Dual-Band Wireless-N Gigabit Router with Storage Link "2FLayout% http://www.linksys.com/servlet/Satellite?c=L_Product_C2&childpagename=US & cid = 1175237911752 & pagename = Linksys%% 2FCommon 2FVisitorWrapper & lid = # 1175290404B02 widget for my sales reps and my workers complain that they do not have a solid connection. Although there about four stories above the location of the router I think it should work perfectly because there are offices directly under the router. So I was wondering if there is no gain antenna to extend wireless range of the wireless coverage? Thank you

Wireless Antennas are LAN Antenna Wireless LAN – you do not need a special year for N, and Linksys allows antenna gain. But if users are above or below the router (rather than being on the same floor), The objective of the antennas on the users – make them horizontal. These antennas "fire" on the sides, and have very little reception and transmission peaks, which is probably how you present them work – in a vertical position. If you're in a building of steel frame, you have another problem – such as light, no matter how light, can penetrate the steel, we can not radio waves. The building is not solid steel, but still attenuates the signal when the signal must pass few layers of steel grill. Ig is your situation, I suggest hiring a professional – at least you'll have to install a few repeaters, but you'll probably end up needing to run the cable, and not a job for an amateur in a building frame Steel.
