My notebook is connected wirelessly to 1Mbit / s?
I have a small network which is a cable modem ran. My workstation Game is connected directly to it, and it connects to the wireless router is a D-Link DIR-615. My laptop (HP Paviliaan DV4) is not that old is only connected at 1Mbps? ISP throttling my connection? Just confused on this point.
The first thing to learn? A wireless home is not nearly as fast as a wired connection. You will also find that the farther away you get, the slower it obtained.
