dual usb internet connections?
i have a pc and imac. i also have one dsl modem. i want to connect both to the internet with a cable. for some reason i cant run an ethernet cable and a usb cable at the same time. why is this?
The DSL modem would not be designed to provide an internet connection to two computers at the same time. That’s what routers are for. You connect a router to the dsl modem and connect the computers to the router. (wired or wireless depending on what kind of network cards the computers have, or that you buy for the computers)
